Mother Nature put moviegoing in the deep freeze for much of the U.S. this weekend, but those who got to the multiplexes were mostly seeking MERCY.

The Amazon MGM Studios/Atlas Entertainment’s R rated action crime drama opened to $11.2M at 3,468 theatres ($3,230), per Comscore,  including many IMAX & PLF runs.
