Directed by Edgar Wright (SEAN OF THE DEAD), it stars Glen Powell. It’s tracking best for first choice with men over 25 (four points over norm). Rotten Tomatoes critics are thumbs down at 64%, but audiences are an  okay 79%.

Set in a near-future world, “Running Man” is TV’s top-rated show and contestants, called Runners, must survive 30 days of being hunted by professional killers with every move broadcast to a bloodthirsty public.

It’s a reboot of the 1987 sci-fi action thriller THE RUNNING MAN, which starred Arnold Schwarzenegger. The original opened 11/13/1987 and did $38.1M on a budget of $27M.
