. Paramount/Fuzzy Door Productions’ PG-13 action crime comedy franchise reboot THE NAKED GUN is opening at about 3,200 theatres and stars Liam Neeson as Detective Frank Drebbin, Jr. The late Leslie Nielsen played Drebbin, Sr. in the original episode and three sequels.

GUN, which Akiva Schaffer (SATURDAY NIGHT LIVE series) directed, also stars Pamela Anderson. It’s tracking best for first choice with men over 25 (five points over norm).
